Introduction

Pursuant to and in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that the Municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro (hereinafter also referred to as the "Municipality" or "Data Controller") processes the personal data freely provided by you for the purpose of carrying out its institutional functions.

The Municipality ensures that the processing of your personal data is conducted in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as your dignity, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data.

This privacy policy does not apply to other websites, pages, or online services accessible through hyperlinks published within this Progressive Web App (PWA) but referring to external resources.
