The Musikè Wind Band Festival 2026, organised by ANBIMA FVG, was launched in 2018 as a project to promote the local musical heritage and the tradition of senior and youth wind bands, with particular attention to unique and attractive venues that appeal to visitors interested in discovering the authentic character of Friuli.
The festival originally featured performances in mountain locations, such as alpine huts and mountain refuges. Over the past three editions, it has expanded to include the towns of Aquileia and Lignano Sabbiadoro, attracting an average audience of around 250 spectators per event.
For the 2026 edition, five concerts are scheduled, all beginning at 9:00 p.m.:

- Wednesday, 29 July
- Saturday, 1 August
- Saturday, 29 August
- Friday, 11 September
The performances will take place in the square in front of St. John Bosco Church in Lignano Sabbiadoro and in Piazza Ursella. They will feature selected wind bands from among the 94 member associations of ANBIMA FVG, including the Camillo Borgna Wind Band and Furlanutes Majorettes of Madrisio APS.
The repertoire will range from beloved film soundtracks to traditional folk music and well-known classical works, offering an engaging programme suitable for audiences of all ages.
The events are organised in collaboration with the L. Garzoni Musical Circle Wind Band of Lignano APS.
