Sunday, June 21, 2026, is an event dedicated to everyone who wishes to immerse themselves in the wonderful world of Yoga and Meditation: to discover it, practice it, and deepen their understanding of it.
In a green oasis within the Parco del Mare, close to the beach of Lignano Pineta, several yoga sessions will take place, led by a team of experienced instructors who will carefully guide participants toward physical and mental well-being, greater concentration, and a harmonious balance between body and mind.
This initiative was born from the desire to create a space open to everyone, where people can meet others who share the same passion for the practice and study of yoga and meditation—ancient inner disciplines that support personal growth and individual as well as collective well-being.
Participants may join the sessions directly on the lawn using their own yoga mats. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
The event is open to everyone, upon reservation, with a free and voluntary contribution.
