Lignano in Winter – 19th Edition
Lignano Sabbiadoro
10/26/2025
The 19th edition of Lignano in Winter begins — the Sunday concert series that, once again this year, will enliven autumn mornings with the music of young talents from the Conservatories of Udine and Trieste.
As always, the concerts will take place in the charming setting of the Sala Darsena on Viale Italia, starting at 11:00 a.m. with free admission.
At the end of each concert, a small aperitif will be offered to share a convivial moment with the musicians and all attendees.
The series opens on Sunday, October 26, with the Duo Vigor, featuring Angelo Donzella on saxophone and Dafne Comelli on piano—both very young but already accomplished performers active in major festivals in Italy and abroad.
Their program ranges from
Marcello’s Baroque elegance to the liveliness of Milhaud and Creston, passing through folk-inspired dances reinterpreted by Bartók: a journey through contrasting styles, colors, and emotions.
Following concerts will be held on November 9 and 23, and December 7, featuring pianist Enrico Bortolotti, the Bassoon Ensemble of the “Tomadini” Conservatory, and finally the young Croatian pianist Lara Makovac.
