Green Outdoors - Beyond Lignano

For the first time, Esterno Verde is heading to the sea, amidst pine forests and cicadas, old seaside camps immersed in the scent of resin, and villas that look like spaceships. Oltre Lignano is the widespread festival that highlights the historical, architectural, botanical, and landscape heritage of the famous seaside resort. The completely free program offers bicycle, walking, and boat itineraries, workshops and storytelling, guided tours, exhibitions, and moments of gathering and socialization. Its goal is to lead residents and tourists to observe and interpret with greater awareness a territory that embodies the tensions and dreams of the 20th century, and which in the present time continues—amidst inevitable tears and contradictions—to experiment with what is desired from the future.
