Easy Fish – Festival of Upper Adriatic Fish

Less than a month to go until the 9th edition of Easy Fish, the food and wine festival that celebrates the fish of the Upper Adriatic and the excellences of Friuli Venezia Giulia. From September 4 to 7, 2025, Lignano Sabbiadoro will turn into a stage of flavors and entertainment, spread across Lungomare Trieste, Beach Village, and Beach Office 7.

Four areas for a 360° experience

• STREET FOOD AREA – Lungomare Trieste
  Fish and regional specialties for every taste: fried seafood, fish burgers, oysters with craft beer, fish & chips, and much more.
  

• SHOWCOOKING AREA – Beach Village (Beach Office 7, Sabbiadoro)
  Three free evenings with 8-hand showcooking and special guests, presented by the unmistakable Fabrizio Nonis (
  El Bekér).

• REGIONAL WINE CELLAR – Beach Village (Beach Office 7, Sabbiadoro)
  The best wines from the Wine and Flavors Route of Friuli Venezia Giulia, served by AIS sommeliers in a lounge area with a sea view.
  

• GOURMET AREA – Beach Village (Beach Office 7, Sabbiadoro)
  Twelve restaurants and three themed evenings:
  The Sea, The Hinterland, and The Mountains.

On the stage of the Beach Village, 12 local and regional chefs will alternate with 4 TV stars who will bring shows, recipes, and plenty of fun to the seaside:
