A concert intertwining sacred and secular music, spanning different eras and styles, conceived as a journey to accompany the audience toward Christmas with intensity and emotion.
The program features music by Praetorius, J. S. Bach, Mendelssohn, Rutter, and others.
The Gocce d’Armonia Choir is composed of singers who share many years of study in vocal music and choral singing. Its repertoire ranges from sacred to secular music, from ancient to contemporary, performed a cappella or with instrumental accompaniment. The choir has taken part in numerous events and festivals both nationally and abroad and has received prestigious awards.
The concert will be a musical journey through ancient and contemporary compositions performed by the choir a cappella and with organ accompaniment.
The dialogue between voices and instrument will be further enriched by solo organ pieces performed by Maestro Michele Bravin, a highly experienced musician who maintains an intense concert activity throughout Europe and has produced several recordings for the “Rainbow Classics” label.
A special event, organized in collaboration with the association Insieme per la Musica and the Parish of San Giovanni Bosco, to share the value of music and voices in the atmosphere of the Christmas season.
