Avantasia, the renowned musical project led by Tobias Sammet, returns to Italy in the summer of 2026 for a single national date. The concert, scheduled for June 8, 2026, at the Arena Alpe Adria in Lignano Sabbiadoro, officially opens the new edition of the Lignano Sunset Festival.
The German band, a global benchmark for symphonic power metal, arrives in Lignano following their massive success at Alcatraz in Milan, bringing their spectacular and immersive performance back to the stage. With ten albums to their credit, top positions in international charts, gold records, and sold-out tours across five continents, Avantasia has represented one of the most innovative and recognizable projects on the international metal scene for over 25 years.
The concert is organized by Zenit srl, in collaboration with the City of Lignano Sabbiadoro, the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, and PromoTurismoFVG.
